參加「Impact Fellowship」，你將能夠…  

• 在非牟利機構/社企成為Impact Fellow，了解機構的理念和實踐方式 
• 親身接觸並了解本地社區議題，加深對現時社會發展、本地及全球意識 
• 完成計劃後獲得HK$10,500實習獎學金、證書及推薦信

工作描述：

社創學徒(1) Programme Co-ordinator

• Plan and execute various projects
• Attend networking events and identify business partnership
• Maintain good relationship with stakeholders and community
• Scout for funding opportunities & apply for funding
• Create systems and standardize tools and guides
• Develop suggestions for rating, moderation, and classification

社創學徒(2) Marketer

• Create social media content
• Plan the social media calendar
• Create visual contents including photo, video shooting and editing
• Update website

社創學徒(3) Storyteller

• Digging out real stories and uncovering the truth
• Assess the feasibility of a tour (i.e. walking distance, budget, duration)
• Build relationship with locals who will support your tour
• Plan the shoot and edit the footage with videographer/photographer

社創學徒(4) Videographer

• Film videos and take photos on set or on location
• Enhance the photographs as required
• Plan the shoot with the team
• Edit footage in post-production
• Direct camera so that the needed footage is acquired

社創學徒(5) Workspace Operator

• Create equipment and tool list and database
• Make 3D model of the space and tools
• Assist in space design and advertisement
